Halloween is getting a colorful Magic: The Gathering twist. Wizards of the Coast has announced the MTG Corn Maze Superdrop, a new Secret Lair collection packed with crossovers, unique artwork and some interesting cards.
The new Superdrop brings Jim Henson’s Labyrinth and KPop Demon Hunters into Magic: The Gathering for the first time. It also includes a new Marvel Zombies collection, along with several other themed drops.
Labyrinth Takes the Spotlight
For many fans, the biggest attraction of the MTG Corn Maze Superdrop will be the three Labyrinth collections. The Secret Lair x Jim Henson’s Labyrinth: Fear Me, Love Me drop focuses heavily on Goblin cards.
One of the standout cards is Muxus, Goblin Grandee, redesigned as Jareth, the Goblin King. The artwork features David Bowie, making the card especially interesting for Labyrinth fans.
The collection also includes Claim the Firstborn, presented as The Kidnapping of Toby. There is even a Trinisphere featuring Jareth, although it does not naturally fit into most Goblin decks.
Another Labyrinth collection, Through the Labyrinth, focuses on visually striking artwork. Some cards may be difficult to read quickly during a game, but the designs give the collection a strong collector appeal.
What the Main Drops Offer

| Drop | Main Theme | Notable Feature |
|---|---|---|
| Labyrinth: Fear Me, Love Me | Goblins | Muxus as Jareth |
| Labyrinth: Through the Labyrinth | Labyrinth | Unique card artwork |
| KPop Demon Hunters | KPop-inspired crossover | Freed From The Real, Underworld Breach |
| Marvel Zombies | Zombies | Marvel-themed Zombie cards |
| Manufactured Grounds | Artifacts | Mirrodin artifact lands |
| Peace, Love and Treefolk | Treefolk | Timber Protector reprint |
KPop Demon Hunters Adds Combo Potential
The KPop Demon Hunters Secret Lair is another major part of the Superdrop. It includes cards such as Freed From The Real and Underworld Breach, which already have strong combo potential in the right decks.
That makes this collection more than just a visual crossover for players who enjoy experimenting with powerful card interactions.
Marvel Zombies Joins the Superdrop
Wizards is also continuing its Marvel crossover with a Marvel Zombies collection focused on Zombie cards.
The idea of building a Commander deck around characters such as Zombie Thor or Zombie Scarlet Witch may sound fun, but the collection appears to be aimed more at dedicated Marvel fans and collectors than players looking for major new additions to their decks.
More Secret Lair Drops
The Superdrop has a few other interesting collections. Manufactured Grounds by See Machine gives the classic Mirrodin artifact land cycle new artwork. Meanwhile, Peace, Love and Treefolk features Timber Protector with another notable reprint.
For collectors, these drops offer plenty of visual variety even when the cards may not make financial sense for every player.
MTG Corn Maze Superdrop Release Date

The MTG Corn Maze Superdrop will be available starting October 12, 2026, at 9 a.m. PT / 12 p.m. ET.
Wizards of the Coast is also offering a Labyrinth-themed Maze of Ith with orders above $199. For fans of Labyrinth, the three themed drops are likely to be the biggest attraction of this Halloween collection.
